Only pre-registered participants who are badge holders and visitors who register
on the day will be able to attend the Global Summit on Smart, Secure and Sustainable
Government officials, representatives and officers will not be charged the conference fee when they register at the venue. Visiting card and ID will be required.
Visitors should be dressed in suitable business wear.
Badge holders must not allow their badges to be worn by anyone else. Any failure
is likely to lead to the removal of the badge holder and the person wearing the
badge from the summit. Anyone obtaining the event badge by theft, deception or other
illegal means may be asked to leave.
Participants should carry photo-ID (passport, photo-ID driving licence, national
identity card) with them.
Any person or persons with behaviour, apparel or activity which is found to disrupt
the event will be disallowed to attend the Global Summit on Smart, Secure and Sustainable
Official event photographers will be taking photographs and filming videos during
the course of the summit. Anyone attending the summit consents to such photography
and filming without compensation and confirms that the organisers shall be entitled
to use such photographs and videos, which may include photographs and videos of
visitors, for the purpose of marketing the Global Summit on Smart, Secure and Sustainable
Cities in future, for exploitation in any and all media, without liability. No other
photography or filming will be permitted at the summit without the prior written
approval of the organisers.
There will be no refunds or exchanges offered on participation to the summit. The
organisers reserve the right to change the content, timing and venue of the summit
and ancillary programmes.
The organisers reserve the right to decline participation.
The organisers reserve the right to exclude or remove anyone from the summit and
the venue who does not comply with this policy or who they reasonably consider is
likely to break these rules or who is prohibited from attending under any applicable
sanctions, laws or regulations, or otherwise at the organisers’ discretion.
